KATHY BOLEA

Kathy is an expert speech pathologist licensed in Pennsylvania, specializing in adult neurogenic disorders with communication and/or cognitive components. She obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Pathology & Audiology from Penn State University and a Master's Degree from Memphis State University. She also has her Certificate of Clinical Competence and is a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association. Her frequent continuing education courses keep her up to date on all the latest techniques. She has specialized training for working with Parkinson's Disease {LSVT and SPEAK OUT). Kathy also has years of experience working with acquired brain injuries such as strokes, tumors and aneurysms, as well as with traumatic brain injuries due to falls, car accidents or other head injuries.  Therapy is individual to each client and could for example, focus on improving word retrieval, memory, attention, problem solving, processing speed and/or organizational skills.
